This article explores the socio-psychological determinants influencing managerial decision-making within organizational communication contexts. It highlights how interpersonal relations, group dynamics, trust, and organizational climate impact leaders’ cognitive and emotional processes during strategic decisions. Based on the theoretical framework of social exchange and communication psychology, the study emphasizes that managerial effectiveness depends not only on rational analysis but also on social perception, empathy, and the ability to regulate emotions in collective decision-making environments. The results contribute to a better understanding of leadership behavior and communication efficiency in the process of implementing management decisions
